in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Brandon, Vermont, Cafe Provence offers
gourmet cuisine with a casual touch, perfect for a quick lunch or a lingering
dining experience. Run by husband-and-wife team Robert and Line Barral, natives
of the Provence / Languedoc region, the restaurant opened its doors to massive
acclaim on July 3, 2004, and they’ve been busy ever since. Featuring cuisine
inspired by the South of France and the Mediterranean regions, Cafe Provence offers
meals accented by seasonal offerings and the Vermont Fresh Network. Cafe Provence
stands out in the newly renovated town of Brandon, Vermont, adding a new element
of fine dining to the area. With a kitchen staff comprised of graduates or interns
from the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), Cafe Provence is a teaching school
